Lori Fouché is head of Individual Solutions for Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU). Individual Solutions provides financial advice and develops, distributes and services annuities, life insurance and other outcome-oriented solutions for consumers. The group is comprised of Prudential Annuities, Prudential Individual Life Insurance and Prudential Advisors.
Fouché joined Prudential in 2013 and became the CEO for Prudential Group Insurance, which develops and distributes group life, disability, voluntary, and corporate and trust-owned life insurance. In 2015, she became the president of Prudential Annuities, which develops variable and fixed annuities and distributes them through captive and third-party distributors.
Before joining Prudential, Fouché served as President and CEO of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. While at Fireman’s Fund, she held several other senior leadership positions in the commercial and specialty insurance divisions. Previously, she spent several years in underwriting, product management, and strategic marketing roles at Chubb. In addition, she served as a management consultant with The Parthenon Group, advising senior executives of mature and start-up businesses on corporate strategies.
Fouché earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a certificate in American Studies from Princeton University. She serves on the board of directors for My Brother’s Keeper Alliance (MBKA) and Girls, Inc., and is a Trustee of Princeton University.
